Discharge Process
When your doctor decides you are ready to leave, you will receive detailed instructions for care at home and any prescriptions you may need. Our staff will assist you with the discharge process, including final billing and insurance paperwork.
For Visitors
Visiting Hours
We welcome visitors, as we believe support from family and friends is crucial to our patients' recovery. Please note our visiting hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily. To ensure the comfort of all our patients, we kindly ask that you adhere to these hours and visitation guidelines.
Visitor Guidelines
To provide a safe and healing environment for our patients, we request that visitors:
• Keep visits short to allow patients ample time to rest.
• Limit the number of visitors to two per patient at any time.
• Follow all Health Centre policies, including hygiene and noise level guidelines.
Facilities for Visitors
We offer a range of amenities for the convenience of our visitors, including a cafeteria, waiting areas, and Wi-Fi access throughout the Health Centre.
